Karnataka Civil Supplies Minister quits - sexual assault on friend's wife

This dude was the Civil Supplies minister in the Karnataka govt.  The allegation is that he sexually assaulted someone's wife.  The man simply thought "civil supplies" meant he can own all goods.  Could have just  plead dyslexia as a reason for his indiscretion.  It's really that simple in India. Stupid man!
