Hand-clapping songs improve cognitive and other skills

The first ever study of hand-clapping songs on this planet was conducted by Be Gurion University of Negev.

Results:  Children who sang hand-clapping songs displayed many skills absent in children who did not bang their hands.  The study also found that those participating in hand-clapping songs "in the yard during recess" have neater handwriting, write better and make fewer spelling errors.

Here's our take on the findings: Those who do not do hand-clapping songs end up becoming doctors, with of course poor handwriting and spelling errors.  There's your trade off.

Ripley's: Tiger Woods sleeps with 121 women, says "I am not perfect"

"I am not perfect."  Translation:  "I have a long way to go, please do not judge me with just 121 putts.  I apologize.  Luckily, it only took me 121 to realize how bad I am, I will strive for more, please be patient."   Signed, Tiger.

Aw, now that's so awfully nice of a man to jettison such precious cargo in public!  He must now get busy already, and work on stroking some "colored" ones into his putting bag, or else his legacy of a "racist" tiger will linger on like dengue fever.

Mahmud Ahmadinejad applies for US visa

Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad has applied for a US visa to attend the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NTP) review conference. NTP happens every five years, he didn't want to pass up the opportunity to visit America! Can't you tell from the look on his face!
